1 Yellow, 1 Red, 1 Purple, 1 Tsp
1/4 cup old fashioned oats (when expanded is equivalent to 1 Yellow container)
1/4 cup fat free milk or almond milk
1 Red container Greek yogurt
1/2 ripe mashed banana
1 teaspoon peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, cover, and place in the refrigerator overnight. Let sit for at least 1 hour.
2. Enjoy cold right out of the fridge!
